“Modeling the fruit fly brain and body”

I will describe our two projects involving building models of the fruit fly nervous system and of its body.
1. a connectome constrained model of the fruit fly visual system which can predict neural activity at single cell resolution. https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2023.03.11.532232
