Tales From the Tool-Building Lab

I will provide an update on my group's development of new imaging and sensing tools, which we hope to apply to problems in neuroscience in collaboration with the CBS community.  Our Northwest tool-building lab is two years old, and publishable results have started to emerge, ranging from correlated electron and optical microscopy to super-resolution optical imaging using variations of the STED technique to optical magnetic imaging with color centers in diamond.
